Passed away peacefully with family at her side at the Welland County General Hospital on Thursday, February 2, 2023, in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Harold. Loving mother of David (Brette), Linda (Brian) and Susan. Dear grandmother of Lyndsay, Kristen, Katie, David and Nicholas and their families. Dear sister of Solveg (Vern). Annie will be fondly remembered by her sisters-inlaw Lizzi Breivik and Mary Farrar. Predeceased by her brother Wilfred Breivik and her brother-in-law Wayne Farrar. Annie held a special place in her heart for all of her granddogs. She will be lovingly missed by her many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. The family wishes to express sincere gratitude for the outstanding care Annie received while in the telemetry unit at the Welland Hospital. The compassion and warmth that was displayed will never be forgotten. At her request cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at the DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME, 135 Clarence Street, Port Colborne on Sunday, February 5, 2023, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Private interment will take place at a later date. Memorial remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society, Welland and District Humane Society or The Gathering Place would be appreciated by the family.
